In these sessions we explore the progression and interactions of asana and pranayama as listed in the IYNAUS syllabi and how to implement the teaching skills required for each level.

Each session includes a half hour segment of open forum Q&A, peer teaching and individualized homework assignments.

All teaching levels are welcome. Class size is limited to 12.
